Good personal relationships are key to enterprise success. The entrepreneur who treats all people (employees, partners, suppliers, customers, etc.) with respect and fairness has accomplished one major feat of skill that every successful entrepreneur must have. While treating everyone fairly won’t assure success it is unlikely that an entrepreneur will be successful without this trait. Also, for an entrepreneur, freedom to make choices goes with the territory. Along with that freedom to choose goes the responsibility to accept the consequences of the choices made. Entrepreneurs make choices and must react quickly to correct poor choices.
